At Actively Serving, we want you to love every piece you order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

You can return items within 30 days of your purchase.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Accessories are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
• Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy when starting a return.

Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll send you an email update. If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Haven’t seen your refund yet?

Double-check your bank or card account. Sometimes it takes a little time for refunds to post.
